Discussion about the common problems of die-cutting industry
With the rapid development of electronic technology and the wide application of photoelectric products, the die-cutting industry of the attachment of production products also development quickly. Especially in recent year the area of Pearl River Delta and Low Yangtze River Valley, many die-cutting manufactories to spring up like mushroom, and too numerous to count. So the die-cutting industry also bound to be some problems, now according to my views to discussing the common problems with us.
Question 1: the backing paper is punch through or no changes
This problem can be divided two aspects: one is whole to punch through, the other is just a part. From the reason to analysis that firstly know about whether your mould blade is broken or not shape enough. The whole products to punch through: please check whether the die-cutting pressure is stable and the speed of die-cutting is uneven, or after the machine is stopped and reopen will appear the pressure is not stable. The part of products to punch through: please check whether the part of formwork if filled up too full, generally the requirement to adjust mould to fill only one layer tape, at most two layer, and lower plate is can’t punching too deep. In choosing the hard plate to fill up formwork to increasing the stability of die-cutting, such as bakelite plate, PET plate, acrylic board, and some even to adopt iron hide.
