The processing of die cutting for mobile phone accessories

The mobile phone and other receiver speaker mesh complex production process:

According to this machining method, the precision can be controlled within 0.05mm.

The causes of the adhesive were being fallen off have following possible:

1. The interface with impurities, dust, gungo. Before splice, the best way is using alcohol or thinner to wipe it.

2. Whether the using environment is sol kind of liquid, aerial fog or wet, and the temperature is so lowly.

3. The adhesive is expired and lose effectiveness.

4. The adhesive is overweight.

5. Whether the using process is also vibration, and leads to fall off.
