From you begin to touch the die-cutting, it already destined to has deep luck between you and die-cutting. A beautiful product is created in such a clean environment, the work (equivalent of heavy machinery) that you don’t need a lot of power to finish. However, no matter what you do process or production in die-cutting industry, if you like it, and see drawings, does it hardworking and use your brain, so you will be like this job, and then from die-cutting engineer pace also is more closely. Now I will make introduction for following learn contents:
1. Materials: Die-cutting materials can be roughly divided into several categories: complementary materials such as oiled paper, PET film, the glue include common adhesive, curtain tape, and diffusion class, reflection class, brightness enhancement class, foam class……these materials can determine differences from thickness, color and smell.
2. Machine equipment: Nowadays die-cutting machine generally can divided into two categories, one is Fuji Shang in Japan, and the other machine is made in China.
Fuji Shang Machine: the precision is higher, the processing is need to laminating machine, waste discharge machine and guillotine machine. So processing a simple product also need four sets of machine.
Made in China machine: the precision of machine is lower than Fuji Shang machine, but it comprehensive with laminating, waste discharge, guillotine, that is process a product just need one machine can be finished.
As technology improvement, now the precision of made in China machine is more and more higher, in the market some machines are better, such as “ FXD，Vestax, and corum” .
3. Mould
A: Generally a product precision is not very high, the shape is related to the simple size of the tolerance within +0.1, and the PVC board is OK, the price also is lowly, and is suited for make a sample.
